First Initial Day of Training

This is our most budget-friendly and highly recommended training option available.

One of our technicians will do several boundary encounters with your pet and teach you by demonstration how to do the same repetition of introducing your pet to the boundary until you are comfortable with the process.

They teach you how to adjust the correction level of the receiver and answer any questions you may have before leaving. Most people realize how simple this is when they see their dog(s) responding so well.

Unlimited text & email support for additional training questions is available free of charge. Phone support for training assistance is provided by eXtreme® Dog Fence using the 800 number on the front of the transmitter.

At any time if you determine you would prefer further onsite assistance, you can upgrade to our Training Insurance Package for and additional $150 that includes a Second Day & Unlimited Onsite Follow-Up Training visits. Your participation is required during these sessions.

***Always remove the fence collar from your dog's neck at night while they sleep. Failure to do this will result in sores developing where the probes make contact with your dog's neck if the fence collar is left in place for longer than 5-7 days.

Training Insurance Package

This is our most popular training package available but keep in mind that your participation is required.

This training package can be added to your eXtreme® Dog Fence system at any time for an additional $150 if you determine you would be more comfortable having us come back on-site to assist you with training.

The process begins with our highly experienced staff technician trainer doing several boundary encounters with your pet. The purpose of this is to teach you by demonstration how to achieve the best results and point out what you should be looking for as your dog experiences and reacts to the corrective stimulus at the lowest level for the first several times.

After several demonstrations, our trainer will then hand you the leash and observe you doing the same repetition of introducing your dog to the boundary until you are comfortable and understand the process.

The trainer will then teach you how to increase the correction level of the receiver as you progress through each successive GentleSteps™ training session with your dog over the next several days, and then answer any questions you may have.

If any complications arise as you continue the training & orientation process with your dog, we provide unlimited free phone, text, and email support 365 days a year with the fastest response times in the industry to answer your questions and help resolve problems quickly & easily.

In the event that these phone, text, or email solutions are not adequate, we guarantee to return onsite to help you free of charge as many times as necessary to ensure that your dog is successfully trained & contained with the system. Once again we remind you that your participation is required for these follow up sessions.

This is called our “training insurance package” for the unexpected. There is no time limit or expiration on this service benefit for the dog it was purchased for. In other word if your 3 month old puppy does great during training and is contained but then, as your dog gets older, possibly develops some behaviors and begins to challenge the boundary, you can rely on us to return onsite if necessary and assist you with resolving the problem.

There is no other company that we are aware of that provides this type of training guarantee at no additional future cost.

In the event that circumstances in your life prevent you from participating in the training process we totally understand and that is why we also offer a complete training package, for an additional cost, that requires no involvement on your part. Please let us know at any time if this becomes a need and we will be happy to provide this additional service.

Complete Training Package

This is the most comprehensive & expensive training option available.

This service is designed for those who do not have the time or desire to be involved with the orientation process. Your participation is NOT required.

One of our technicians will do all the training sessions for your pet(s). As a standard, we tell our customers there are usually 5 visits to professionally train their pet to the boundary. However this will vary depending on your pet’s temperament.

If issues arise after training has been completed we will return onsite again to resolve them with no additional training cost. As with the other two training package options, phone, text, & email support is always available free of charge.
